Conditions d’utilisation

These terms describe shopping with CasaEtch at www.casaetch.com. Customer support: casaetch@gmail.com.

Products and personalization

We sell personalized rigid diatomite stone bath mats. Product pages describe the size, color options and set contents. Personalization within the available Studio designs and text limits is included in the displayed product price. The main line allows up to 24 characters and the optional second line up to 18, including spaces.

Check the text, selected lettering, design, color and set before ordering. Layout previews and labeled lifestyle illustrations show design ideas. Actual color, natural surface texture and engraving contrast may vary. A preview is not a physical sample or a promise of an identical finish.

Changes to customization

Modification requests are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order. Email casaetch@gmail.com with your order number and revised wording or design file. Changes must remain within the Studio options and limits. A revised preview does not automatically update an existing order.

Prices and delivery

Prices are displayed in USD unless another currency is explicitly shown. Review the product total, shipping and any applicable taxes shown at checkout before submitting your order. Production normally takes 3–7 business days and estimated delivery is 10 business days after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. See our shipping policy.

Returns and product issues

Personalized products are not eligible for change-of-mind or other non-quality returns, except where required by law. Transit breakage is covered by a full refund and a $10 coupon for a future order. See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Use and care

The mat is rigid and can chip or crack if dropped. Use it outside the shower or bath on a flat, fully supported floor with the supplied mesh underlay. Allow the mat, underlay and floor to air-dry between uses, and follow the supplied care guide. It is not an in-shower safety mat.

Your submitted content

Only submit words and artwork that you have the right to use. Do not submit content that infringes another person's intellectual property or other rights. We use your submitted customization to fulfill your order.

Privacy and contact

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. For questions about these terms or an order, contact casaetch@gmail.com.
