Destinations

We currently offer delivery to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Switzerland and Sweden. Available delivery options are shown at checkout for your address.

Shipping charges

Shipping is $15 USD for an order containing one bath mat. Orders containing two or more bath mats qualify for automatic free shipping to these destinations. A Mat + 2 Matching Coasters set counts as one bath mat, not three items. Prices and shipping charges are shown in USD unless checkout displays another currency.

Made to order

Custom production takes 3–7 business days, depending on the production queue. Estimated delivery is 10 business days after dispatch. Production and delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Please allow for weekends, holidays, carrier delays and customs processing when planning a gift.

Order details and changes

Please check your delivery address and customization before ordering. To request a design change, email casaetch@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order with your order number and revised wording or design file. Changes must remain within the available Studio options.

Transit damage

If your mat arrives broken in transit, email casaetch@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the mat and packaging. We will issue a full refund and give you a $10 coupon for a future order.
